Service has to improve. I mean it shows how much pressure they have to serve the customer quickly and most employees making your sandwich won't take in consideration that you've ask for bread toasted better or my problem is with their strip of uncooked fat they call bacon! They cancel skip orders constantly (even if its 2 hours before close), service can be very poor, the workers are often rude (surprisingly the younger workers are the nicer ones). I almost always get the exact same thing: caramel cappuccino glace and a honey glazed donuts - funny enough though, I never get the same thing. It always tastes different.
