deluxe French Fries — Restaurant in Saint John

It used to be my ultimate place to get scallops and clams but unfortunately, the customer service has been terrible. I have tried to look the other way but unfortunately, thisntime was enough. The online ordering system is not working. They have to check that you are on the list, which I was because I ordered that way previously and more than once, but they keep declining my order despite the payment being processed. When I called, the employee just said that my phone number on file was not in service and hung up on me. I have not changed number since the 1st time I ordered there. Sadly, despite the food being good, their poor customer service is un redeemable. So much so that I do not feel comfortable ordering there anymore for fear that they could be...

I ordered fish & chips for takeout, and when I opened the bag, I was greeted by an avalanche of coarse salt—an absolutely ridiculous amount. I transferred the food onto another plate in an attempt to salvage it, only to find the plate completely covered in salt. It was so excessive that it made the food entirely inedible.

Thinking this had to be some kind of mistake (or a strange joke), I called the restaurant to speak to the manager. Unfortunately, the manager showed no real concern and told me I could get a replacement meal if I returned to the store with the paper plate that I had thrown out.

This whole experience was disappointing. If you’re planning to order takeout, I’d strongly recommend checking your food before leaving the restaurant. Better...

I placed a take out order in west Saint John store on Jan 10, 2 fish and chips and one chicken strips and fries, the fish and fries were awful way under cooked, and fries on chicken fingers were way under cooked, extremely soggy. Chicken fingers was the only thing cooked right. I have ate at West Saint John restaurant often and this is the worst meal I have ever had, I have never had a complaint before. I contacted the west Saint John location and they will do nothing, I am a man of my work, I will never step foot in any deluxe locations again. And I will spread this all over...
