Had my son's birthday there this past weekend, and was very impressed by the service. We paid for a package that included food, and they were very flexible allowing us to use the food we paid for adults as well as children because we had a few no shows. Same goes for the lanes we rented for bowling.
They had a staff member assigned to shadow the party and was extremely available for anything we needed. Very attentive and prompt service.
Food was a hit and arrived basically on time after our bowling time was up. They were flexible with their no outside food policy for a child with food restrictions to have food he could eat at the party.
Only note I'd provide is to better communicate that some decorations/table settings are included with the package, and that you get an extra half hour to set up anything else you'd like to have there before the party.
Otherwise - the whole thing was a big hit with a very happy group of 5 year olds....

This is a great feature, as I always get confused when it comes to spares and strikes, and especially for those that don't know how scoring works. The screen has a countdown timer so you can see how much time is left and you can play as many times as you want until your time is up. The arcade is also a great addition to bowling with lots of games. It's all electronic on a card, so no tokens and tickets anymore. We didn't eat here as we already had lunch plans, but it looked like there were good food options and would make for a fun night out with friends. My son loved it, and I wish there were a location like this closer to...
Read moreNot bad. Bowling is fun. Birthday parties here are great but the cost of the arcade to the prizes they offer from the tickets is embarrassing. Just another example of someone saying "how much can I charge before people won't come here anymore?" and because it's a super fun arcade your kids are going to want to go. You'll spend 60-100 on "tokens" to play then after you get to listen to your kid sob because they don't have 5000 points to buy something you could could literally pick up at the dollar store. And "You're an awful parent" and "it's the worst day ever!!!" The person pricing those should be ashamed. Your profits are through the roof and you can't even give your customers a break on the stupid garbage prize. Let my kid leave happy. It ruins the whole experience for...
