Mary Brown's Chicken — Restaurant in Saint John

They refused to refund my money and points for an order that was misplaced due to a different location. I tried to call multiple times within a few minutes after placing the order on the app but they only picked up the phone when the order had been prepared. They said they they could not cancel the order when another branch and Mary Brown’s head office said they could. I ordered their batter box some time earlier when I was in St. John and the chicken and the taters also did not taste as good and underseasoned. I still want my money and points back as it’s criminal to take other people’s money with...

stopped in today and decided to eat inside...BIG MISTAKE!! The woman at the cash decided she had to answer her phone instead of serving us. A woman from the back came out to take our order. We got our food and sat down only to listen to the staff make fun of another worker who called in sick. They joked about his problem and quite rudely mocked him. We were almost done eating when they stopped acting like school aged bullies...these people were probably 30 to 50 yrs. old. Never returning...

So disappointed, first time ordering from Mary Browns Saint John West, was excited to try the chicken ,got both orders wrong, asked plainly for nothing on chicken sandwich waiter confirmed , the cook scraped it off and never said anything ,but left lots on it, completely turned off ,also ordered a side breast got Breast instead , for the price charged for both orders ended up eating only the fries, bill was 38 first order 32 second,. guess I’ll not be back. The waiter was really nice...
