Burger King — Restaurant in Saint John

Worst experience at the Burger King drive-thru West Saint John. Ordered three breakfast meals after much effort because the woman taking the order was pushy and seemed to be in a rush and wouldn't read back the order. She just kept saying "I got it" subsequently the order was wrong, toast was burnt and food was missing. In a rude forceful tone I was told to park off to the right and then after waiting for several minutes the bag was passed through the window and off the person went without asking if the order was okay. Of course part of the order that was paid for in full was missing. I had to go back in to the restaurant to correct the problem. By the time they made new toast and prepared the missing part of the order, the rest of the food was cold... The food was tossed out... I tried to call the West side Burger King several times, but they didn't answer...

Attempted to place an order when I walked up to counter, i asked if they still had their special that consists of two "Burgers" for $8 and the cashier in a loud and annoyed sounding voice said they were on breakfast. So I said no thanks & turned to walkout and she said, once again, in a loud and annoyed voice, that I could still do lunch items. At that point I was so disgusted with her customer service and the attitude I was receiving that I continued to walk out anyway, at which point she said I was the one being rude and giving her attitude!!! I attempted to leave and THIS is the response I get??? TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE on this day of January 19th...

From the moment I walked in today I should have turned around and walked out. The staff were rude; to me, to customers in the drivethru. I was very clear about my very easy order and both of my burgers were made incorrectly. The onion rings were all dough, no onion. The cheese on the burger was cold. My son's poutine was cold and he didn't eat a bite of it. To top it off the entire time I was there the staff were yelling so loud I heard them at the back table of the restaurant. It was a bad experience made even worse by the fact our food was lackluster. Such a waste of time and money. We will go to the east location...
