Considering what Jason Leanord experienced below we experienced the same thing, but cancelled after 2 hours...their Ipads were malfunctioning despite 4 call backs and that the delivery guy was just next door (ya right ) "Decent food, but terrible service. Not customer focused at all. Delivery online system is terrible. Waited an hour and a half. Seemed there was a mistake and clicked pick up. She argued that I never put my address. I certainly did, as you have to to be able to order. And she offered only to send me the food that was sitting there for an hour and a half. Considering I apologized and said I must have made a mistake, she was cold and rude and wanted to send me cold food for the high price. Disgusting."
Update November 1. My wife called the owner of Bravo who was very apologetic and state that they have had teething problems with their online ordering system that malfunctions (if that is the case delete the service until it functions correctly), so he offered us a free Pizza and that it was in their book to just call back, so we did....only to be told that they do not offer free Pizzas (the owner obviously did not enter the free Pizza into the "Book") ! OK you just lost another...
   Read moreI used to love this place. They usually make a very good quality pizza, fries, poutine, clubs, etc but the past few weeks havenât been good. I ordered take out . One week I realized after I came home (after waiting 30 minutes over the original estimated time) to have very cold stale fries. Fine, they offered me free family fries for next time.
Tonight, I ordered pizza and fries for pick-up at 6pm and was told to pick up at 6:45pm. I showed up at 6:30pm to be sure. Waited until 7:05pm. I politely asked the girl if my order was on its way. She told me yes. I finally get my. order at 7:20pm, got home in 5 minutes. Pizza, fries all cold.
You make me wait for what exactly? Cold pizza? You see me waiting there while others were coming and going.
I donât mind waiting and I am quite understanding. Especially for Bravo because their food is awesome.
They offered 15% discount? Really? Donât waste peopleâs time , hire more staff and/ or train them better.
If I am going to wait that long, I might as well just prepare my own dinner. I am really upset because they really do offer a great product and I have been a loyal customer for...

If they don't feel like cooking they will ignore the order .scum bag who answered didn't even apologize , just told us good night and hung up !!!! NEVER AGAIN . Going to order from resto bar Saint lazare and do pick up from now on!!!
If I could give no stars I would . Ordered a pork pita from them , pork was raw ! When I called it took 20 mins on the phone before they agreed to bring me another one . When we have ordered their ridiculously over priced pizza , we have opened it to find that all the toppings have slid onto one side and they don't even cut the pizza ! We're given them so many chances, it's a shame but...
