Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Saint-Lazare

Service is a hit or miss at this location, but whoever was at the drive thru window today (August 5th) was rude. I rolled up to the window, said hi, she gave me the gen z stare, didn't say hi, nor tell me the price of my bill, no thank you, no have a nice day, not a single word, did not even open her mouth. If you can't put a MINIMUM of effort into your job then there's other people who will gladly take your job!

Tim Hortons is really losing their touch. And this one is one of the worst. The food isn't great: the steak is chewy, feels like plastic or a day old or reheated, I found egg shells in the breakfast sandwich. The lettuce was old and the ends were slimy, borderline past due. So I just took it out completely from my BLT. Also the bacon wasn't completely cooked, the fatty ends were basically still white and cold. I also took bagels which didn't look or feel toasted AT ALL. This place needs a new management or needs to be replaced by Starbucks or something. Never...

The service at Tims is terrible. I had ordered coffee and cheese croissants lightly warmed. I received the bland tasting coffee..really hot croissants in a bag without napkins or the paper between the croissants. When I asked for napkins I was given napkins that were snatched out of the bin and looked used When I told the guy," What is this?" He said, "it's the napkins you wanted."He didn't even notice how badly crumpled they were. I was really disappointed.
