Mito Plus — Restaurant in Sainte-Thérèse

We used to Love Mito Boisbriand, I don't know if it's just a bad luck or because they moved but yesterday we ordered from their Ste-Therese location and we were disappointed. First it started when I called to place my order, the girl put me on hold 3 times while I was giving my order, she did not confirm the total. When we got there it was a surprise to see such an expensive bill for just few sushi type... Sushi were ok, but for the price nothing extra. You ask for tartare, you can barely find any pieces of fish, just lots of fruits, tempura, and fish eggs. You ask for scallop pizza, same thing; you can barely find any scallop but only goberge. On top of this, because the bag was closed when we picked up the order, we asked 3 times to make sure the order was complete, that nothing was missing but still when we got home we realized few sushi types were missing but yet we still got charged for them. They also made sure to charge the extra spicy mayo! And finally for an order of $125 (which by the way was just enough for 2 adults and 2 young kids that ate just 3 sushi each) you would think they would put more than 2 soya sauce and just enough ginger/wasabi for one person!!! You would also think that you would get a nice plate but no, zero presentation; each sushi type individually packed in "take out box". I used to be a regular customer, I even ordered for 30 people in September, and was always satisfied for the price/quality/services. I am not sure why it changed... it's too bad but because of all these reasons I am sad to say that I might need to find a new...

I ordered food from the restaurant website did not get my order after 2h00 of waiting i called the restaurant the order was not even prepared they had decide to cancel it and althought i order regularly from there they refuse to give me any credit for a next order. Worst customer service ever food got here after 3h00 hot sushi were cold and the rest was uneatable. I will never order food from there again they have no care about quality or...

J'y suis allée avec une amie lundi soir dernier, je lui disais qu'on mangeait bien à ce resto (il y a longtemps que j'étais allée ayant déménagée), PLUS JAMAISSSSS !!!!! Aucune accueil en arrivant, il y avait 3-4 personnes qui attendaient pour du take-out OK, mais un petit bonjour en arrivant et nous dire : je serai avec vous dans pas long, ça aurait été apprécié. La soupe won-ton juste tiède et wasssshh le stuff dedans tout blanc et mou, pas du tout comme ça se doit d'être 😬😖 la serveuse était très gentille de nous la remplacer par une chaude, mais toujours le même goût bizarre. Le plat principal était OK, mais il ne faut surtout pas boire de l'eau (qui soit dit en passant, était aussi tiède que la 1ère soupe) et goûtait le PUISARD 😓😖😖 À la fin du repas, je vais aux toilettes (ce que j'aurais dû faire en entrant 🤦‍♀️), dans le corridor pour m'y rendre, ça puait le puisard très fort et en entrant dans la salle de bain 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ (juste pour vous dire, la litière souillée de mon chat, sent meilleur que ça), pour vous donner une idée 😳 + le miroir est dégueulasse....INCROYABLE, n'allez pas là, c'est un cas de MAPAQ, ce que je ferai sûrement, c'est incroyable être malpropre à ce point!!!! 1⭐️ c'est...
