Cora Déjeuners et dîners — Restaurant in Sainte-Thérèse

I never write reviews but this one was so bad that I needed to write one . Cora I'm very disappointed with the lack of service we received We ordered over the phone for pick up and when we arrived we decided to eat inside as we were driving back to our city. We opened the box of the food (and thank God we did) they got our order wrong and when we asked for it to be corrected there were no apologies for the issue from the waiter. We asked to speak to the manager, another staff came that wasn't a manager. She tried to fix the issue, she was nice, however still no apologies for the inconvenience other than a free drink- which we never cared for. They brought our food it was wrong yet again, at this point we were hungry and tired of complaining for the same issue. As we were eating we realized our pancakes were very under cooked. I showed the waitress the pancake and asked if they were cooked and she said they were undercooked, she then offered to take my plate however didn't apologize for the mess up yet again. I hope someone sees this and realizes not to go there as the staff are unprofessional and the food is below quality...

I ordered on their website and went to pick it up at the expected pick up time at (about an hour after ordering)

I got back home and after opening the bag I realized i was missing half my order. I called them and let them know there are alot of things missing.

I go back to get the missing things 10 minutes later and waited about 25 minutes for the missing things. By the time I was actually eating everything was cold. (Ordered at 11:30, was only eating by 1:30) I ordered for pickup up the street so i didn't have to pay for delivery fees/tip etc. In the end had to make 2 trips and still didn't get everything I ordered.

They apologized for the error and wait, I wasn't going to be a Karen lol, just wanted to post...

Les employés donnent leur meilleur d'eux même malgré ce que la pandémie a engendré.On le sait tous que les restaurants l'ont eu dure et parfois dans certains restaurants même à personnel très réduit pour faire tous les plats ils donnent leur meilleur d'eux même. Donc les chialeux fancy qui chialent sur leur plat je crois que si les employés qui sont à personnel réduit donnent leur meilleur d'eux même ce qui veut dire qui n'abandonne pas et qu'ils travaillent encore malgré tout. Si vous n'êtes pas content allez vous faire cuire un oeuf chez vous au lieu de juger du personnel qui sont déjà en train de tout faire leurs efforts. Personnellement j'ai toujours eu un bon service. J'ai lu le commentaire de tous les chialeux mais il y en avait un d'un certain Yan qui disait qu'il était allé manger il y a un mois vous êtes de très mauvaise foi car les salles à manger étaient fermées il y a un mois. De plus si vous êtes capable de bacher sur des anciens collègues ça en dit long sur votre personnalité au lieu de comprendre que c'est difficile la restauration ces temps-ci. Cher M. Yan vous avez sans doute des raisons que vous ne dévoilerai jamais pour le fait de quel employé vous étiez si on se fie à votre personnalité ça peut aller loin le jugement et pourquoi vous allez déjeuner pour vous faire une joie de juger vos anciens collègues!

Sur ce apprenenez à avoir une ouverture d'esprit
