Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Sainte-Thérèse

They say a picture is better than a thousand words but not in this case. I grew up in Ottawa with the 737-11-11 jingle and the pizza. This is not what I remember. Made 2 recent orders, the first time was a fiasco, two and a half hours to get our pizza. That is a very long story of very bad service. Second chance was better, but again the pizza was dry, bland, luke warm. I will not attempt a 3rd try. There are pizza places at every corner and I have 3 in mind that I would appreciate much more for the same price or less. Response to management's message to my post: these ARE pictures or your pizza's, from your location. Even suggesting I would need to prove it by coming in person with my receipt in hand...

Fast delivery BUT... Dry and bare pizzas (ordered 4 different pizzas... ALL with stuffed crust) - Hello??? How could ALL stuffed crust pies be DRY and BARE? What happened to Pizza Hut? EMPLOYEE WITH BAD ATTITUDE !!! I called today, the 5th Oct,2018 around 5.25 pm to order a pizza. I spoke in english over the phone and the girl kept saying "pizza hut, bonjour" until i reply in french. After a few seconds she hung up the phone as she couldn't hear me.
