Not sure where to start...terrible experience from the moment we walked in. The hostess barely acknowledged our presence (we got there after 1pm, therefore the restaurant was pretty empty) we were 3 people and she gave us only 2 menus. The coffee was so strong that none of us could drink it. We ordered a smoothie and never received it but got charged for it. And worst of all, I explicitly told the waitress that I am allergic to pineapple and requested to not put any on my plate. Once I received my breaskast plate, the first thing that I noticed on my waffle was a big piece of pineapple with 2-3 pieces of melon and 1 little piece of banana. The waitress did bring me a new plate but i believe there was still traces of pineapple since I started an allergic reaction once I started eating. Well it was a Saturday it took 30 minutes to get our plates. Well my husbands eggs Benedict hand been sitting awhile because the sauce had time to dry on top. My way a combo they did put the eggs on the plate the crepe with bananas 7 pieces of banana and it was hard dried out. They brought me another plate and told it was a young kid cook he was learning not at my expense. The plates should be plated like your images . Not impressed at all. As soon as me and my family got in we were seated to a table and given menus. That's why I gave 1 star. 20 minutes later and nobody passed to take our order or even at the least bring us coffee and juice while waiting. When you are about to drop between 60 and 100 dollars on a brunch and cannot even have your presence acknowledged, there's a big problem. Suffice to say we chose to eat today so we left and found somewhere else....
