Bon ce matin 16 septembre vers 1030 je demande 1 bagel plein goût avec fromage en crème et je spécifie à une demoiselle qui dit finir dans 45 minutes. Je le veux très bien toaster = 2 fois dans le toaster et quil sois croustillant. L'employé a meme blaguer en disant a quelqu'un en arriere sil avait bien compris. Ensuite 1 plus vieille la remplace a la caisse et jaurais dut men douter car quand je lai reçus, il etait froid/tiède et quand je l'ouvre à la maison, il a même pas été toaster 1 fois !!!!! Tabar......come on si je voulais 1 tranche de pain , j'aurais pris un pain chez nous......veuillez dire à vos employés que personne veut 1 bagel blanc !!!!!
