Placed an order at 12:15 pm with confirmation that the order would be here by 1:40 the latest (crazy estimate honestly, but I do understand it’s prime lunch hour so it’s more understandable.) at 1:45 I checked my “suivi en direct” link sent to me only to find out the order hasn’t even been put in the oven yet. I called customer service and was told they see the same order status, so they would contact the store directly to understand what’s going on, and let me know my options after that- was out on hold for 17 minutes with no response. This unfortunately isn’t the first time this has happened with this location, however last time when we finally got our order 2 hours later the delivery driver apologized profusely and let us know it was busier than usual and they were severely understaffed, so we accepted the order and even gave them a second chance a few weeks later, which was a better experience thankfully. Everytime i ordered here the pizza comes after 2 hours of wait. the delivery people are rude and lazy. they might forget some parts of your order so check before you let them leave (they’ve forgotten my fries and drinks a couple times). once they got my order wrong after 2 hours of waiting and then it took them another hour to get me the right order and the driver asked for a tip. ordering online sucks and is a hassle. at night it says theyre opened but when you call they tell you they cant make your order. and all of this just for the food to be wet and disgusting when it arrives. not worth buying here. the menu looks good and sounds like a good idea but the business doesnt have good employees or good management. ordered here 3-4 times was dissappinted everytime, i dont know how anyone can rate this place...

Major Food Safety Concern – Made Me Sick

I ordered a pizza from Pizza Salvatore and ate it in my car with a friend. About an hour later, when I reopened the box to throw out more garbage, we were hit with an unbearable, rotten smell that immediately made me vomit. It was so strong that I gagged just from opening the box with the 2 slices of pizza left. This is a serious food safety issue. Either the ingredients were spoiled/rotten or there was contamination with the packaging. Now I feel unwell, disgusted and extremely disappointed. I expect higher standards from a restaurant and will not be ordering from here again. Management needs to investigate this immediately.
