Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Salisbury

They got our order right, but they placed our 3 items in 3 different locations. We ordered through the app and waited in the mobile pickup area. The first item was called out at the cash register halfway across the store as a completely different item so we didn't think it was ours when it was placed in the mobile pickup area. Our other items and receipt came at different times and were placed in different areas of the mobile pickup area, all without a single word. We decided to look at the stuff and thankfully it all seemed to be ours, so our order was complete and nobody told us. The employees didn't look happy to be there at all and we weren't either. There was garbage all over the floor, employees running around clueless and signs around talking about all the measures they're taking to protect from covid, but none of the measures are being taken. When we went to eat our food the wrappers were a complete mess on the outside and we had to clean our hands multiple times before even starting to eat, plus the drink was dripping down the sides of the cup. First time at this Tim's and loved it. This mid-July warm day my lovely wife Pat, youngest daughter Rachel and I stopped in for a quick snack. The line was almost out the door and the drive-thru vehicles were backed up all the way up the hill as far as we could see. Tourist season was at its peak. It amazed me how calm the attendant was taking orders. He remained visibly calm (not sure what was happening behind his calm demeanor) and took our orders with ease (as he did before and after us). I was amazed, with a visibly short staff, how quickly people were moved along. We sat inside to eat/drink and enjoyed our seating. It seemed most people were ordering to go. Employees did not look happy to even have a job. Lady took my order correct threw drive threw and charged correct amount only problem I did not get what I ordered or pay for. I brought my meal inside to get what I ordered so I could be back on the road but instead have Alex want to waste time a go out back to final find a mask no one was going to wear then to come out and start throwing bacon around and then to hand my sandwich to me instead of just giving them to a paid customer he tries to get aggressive and challenge the customer where any employee told him to go out back.
