The food is always great and fresh, but my last three visits for customer service in drive thru have not been satisfactory at all. My visit tonight to collect some chipotle dip my husband ordered and didn’t get , I waited 8 minutes at the speaker after asking me to wait a moment while they handled the person and their large order infront of me until they left with their order at the window. Someone could have easily taken my order in that time. And my last two visits were the same were it was up to 15 minutes for a regular sized order that in all the years before never took that long let alone just waiting to get your order taken. I’ve worked in food service and currently in customer service and this is clearly a staffing issue or you’re having an employee not built for the task taking over and it’s not working. Read moreI wanted to bring to your attention some concerns we experienced during our recent visit.
Firstly, it is evident that additional staff is needed. Relying on just two people seems insufficient to provide the high level of service expected. Improving communication is also essential. For instance, I was asked how I preferred my egg and specified well-done. Unfortunately, it arrived undercooked and I couldn’t eat it.
Additionally, I ordered an English muffin with bacon and cheese but was charged for a bacon & egger, even though my daughter doesn't eat eggs. Furthermore, I noticed six jams on the receipt, but we only received four. There was also something that appeared to be butter, but it had some unidentifiable particles in it, which was concerning.

Read moreOur server was great, because of another large party we had to sit in the high top tables which were uncomfortable for a couple seniors in our party, and we were split up into 3 seperate tables, although there were also regular empty tables in the other room. Food took a while but very understandable given the 2 large groups. At least half of our 13 meals were not good. Pasta was overcooked, the special pasta was very dry, Alfredo sauce was separated, quite disappointing. Again, our server was great, apologized for the wait for the food which I didn't think was too long at all.
