Gotta list of bad from here. they NEVER have plum sauce. Went half hour before close and I’m 90% sure they just reheated already cooked chicken and it was dark brown instead of the normal colour and extremely crunchy yet the meat was dry. Have u ever looked at the preparation area? Gross. Wouldn’t cook me more fries one time bc they’d have to open a whole new thing about 45 mins to close. Gave me coleslaw instead and I hate coleslaw. I asked for potato or macaroni salad and he told me no I get coleslaw. Pop was only filled 3/4 of the way on 3 different occasions. Woman staff is ALWAYS rude. The men seem nice, most of the time. They seemed annoyed if you want to dine in?? If they can’t fulfil ur online order they’ll leave stuff out that you paid for and not tell you about it. Then when you go back they’ll say sorry here’s free COLESLAW. Again I said I don’t like coleslaw, but he persisted that I take the damn coleslaw even when I asked for a different pasta or money back. Read moreI love KFC but this specific location is doomed. Doesn't matter what time or day of the week you come here, half the stuff on their menu is always "out of stock" and I mean ALWAYS. This is clearly just a poorly ran location. It's been like this since they first opened.
The biggest failure of this location is NO ONE SPEAKS PROPER ENGLISH. I was literally behind a guy for 10 mins who tried placing an order and the employee just couldn't understand him. This went back and forth multiple times between the two people. The customer eventually told the employee off and stormed out.
I have no problems giving immigrants jobs, but DON'T PUT THEM ON THE WINDOW IF THEY CAN'T SPEAK THE LANGUAGE!!! Thick accent? Sorry, no. Don't put them there! I got home and my order was messed up (again) because their employees don't know english.
Between the poorly managed inventory keeping and the owner of the franchise hiring people who can't speak english, this KFC location is bound to go out of buisness. I am no longer wasting my time even trying this location anymore and I guarantee the guy a head of me that tried to place his order today, will not be going back there ever again either.

Read moreI had a very bad experience with KFC today and how a customer is been treated. Initially I went inside the store to order 10 piece hot wings but the person who was on taking order (pavneet) said they don’t have any more wings (it was not even late, it was 8:15 pm, 3 hrs before closing)So I ordered two burgers and were asked to wait 12-15 mins. While I was waiting I thought of trying to order the same from my App and was shocked to see the order when through, were able see the each progress in the app. Then my burgers came, so I went out and came through the driveway and asked for my wings, they asked me to pull up front and they would bring it in few mins. Same waiters came out and asked if the online wings order was for me and I said yes. She went inside and sent someone else to deliver it to me. So even though they had wings, they had refused to do it when walked in and was only able to order it using the app. This is not the first time, I have noticed previously too they say some items are not available if we walk-in or drive-in but if we order throw app it works.
