Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Sarnia

I made a call at 11:40 after seeing a tick-tock video that they give away free pizza from what’s left over just before close, after ringing I spoke to a guy called Revel/Rebel or something like that, he said some places do that but not in Sarnia, after talking to him he asked if was able to afford one, then he told me if I can’t afford one to come down and he will buy me one!I didn’t take him up on the offer as I was just seeing if it was true and try my luck as you do ☺️did not expect him to offer to buy me one if I can’t afford, I feel I needed to put this on the review as this is such a nice gesture and we need more people like...

The customer service needs improvement. Waited 22 min for an order, and the five people that came in after me were all out the door first. Nothing was mentioned as to why the wait was so long until my order was completed and I asked. There was a mix up and they sold one of my pizzas. Then when my order was handed over it was still not complete. When asked about compensation I was offered a garlic dip. When the shift supervisor got involved she appologized and offered crazy sticks. I didn’t take them, I didn’t want more food. When I got home the order of crazy bread we got wasn’t fully cooked. Called in an order, I had her repeat the order back to me and they still screwed it up. Then the manager was trying to blame for me for the order being screwed up. I also got charged way more because the girl had no idea what she was doing! They refused to give me my money back because again, wasn’t their fault. They didn’t try to make it up to me, the manager just argued with me. Absolutely terrible customer service, and staff that can’t acknowledge they made a mistake. I will never be back nor will my family and friends as some of them have also had terrible...
