Arby's — Restaurant in Sarnia

Drive thur service was quick & efficient, the employees that were working drive thru were all polite & asked appropriate questions based on the order (ex. Sauces etc.). As for the food 90% of the time the fries are so over done that I am unable to eat them based on the fact that I have no back teeth to chew them & this is the only restaurant that I have this issue with. Over all presentation was not very sanitary especially with covid running so ramped. Their sandwiches the week prior were wrapped in the appropriate packaging but on this day their weren't wrapped at all they were placed in paper boxes that usually are used for fries or onion rings & the employee on this particular day did not have gloves on so his hands had touched money, the surface of counters, the paper packaging (ex. Paper bags), the buttons of the cash register, his clothing/face, then worst of all then our food while packaging. So this recent visit overall was not a great...

Seriously the best fast food place around. Theyve never messed up our order when weve gone there. Their chicken nuggets sre amazing I didn't expect that honestly, their sandwiches are amazing for the price and honestly not much more expensive then McDonald's and 10 times better in my opinion. I also adore their pouting. Everything I've had from there has been amazing and with their coupons too it makes it extra extra worth it. I'd recommend Arby's it's 100/10 haha. Edit from recently how do they get everything right!! Like almost everything I've had was amazing. I recently had their Mac and cheese and while s little expensive it was so delicious!! I just these guys...

Shoutout Lillian working drive thru til close. I requested two large curly fries and "all the arbys sauce you can give me". Before I even asked this she acted all non-chalant, unimpressed and hard to read, also ignoring the fact I had a dog with me when that's the first thing most ppl point out. no bother to me. (she didnt owe me anything.) I wait a cpl minutes for my order patiently and she comes back with my curly fries and an entire small brown bag filled with arbys sauces and another lil container with 4 milk bone treats for my dog. Ultimate respect to her service and mysterious personality....
