When the order for four meals was being made a few wanted/needed changes to their meals. One customer wanted extra bacon and extra cheese. The kitchen staff put one slice of cheese and one slice of bacon while giving the customer a dirty look. They were charged for the extras.

Next customer ordered a chicken burger with no mayo because of a severe dairy allergy. . When they received it was coversd in mayo. The customer had to reorder it and again was given dirty looks by the kitchen staff. Both customers witnessed the staff giving the chicken burger that was returned and picked through to make sure there was no mayo, was given to another customer.

Three of these customers also witnessed the kitchen staff dropping their onion rings on the floor, picking them up and putting them back in the back. This happened Wednesday June...

We always come to this location to get the chubby chicken burger and they usually taste really good but this evening we had to take ours back because the mayo tasted sour and didn’t taste like the other times. It was like that for both our burgers not just one. I called and of course they challenged what I was saying. We ended up bringing the burgers back to get different ones because we didn’t trust the mayo. They ended up charging us a difference of $1.55 lol. Good customer service would usually let the $1.55 go since we had to drive back to change the burgers but whatever. The burgers alone cost $20.00 so of course we don’t want to eat something that might make us sick. Customer service is not what it used to be at all. I’m getting more irritated the more I experience lower quality and smaller quantity for never ending...

I was abit disappointed with our visit to this A&W. We pre-ordered from their app, and really appreciated the offers that were available, but the good ended there. When I arrived, and went to the mobile pickup line as the app instructed, the server had not yet seen my order, or of course, put my order in. Then instead of putting the order in, she placed a order from the tablet for another customer that was not there, and then put my order in. When I got my order, the onion rings that are what I visit this franchise for, were very burnt, and tasteless. I did not have time to ask for another order. Before leaving, I was going to use the men's facilities, but it was out of order. I certainly will go back to this A&W to give it another opportunity to redeem themselves, and...
