Ringers Original Pizza - Betts Ave — Restaurant in Saskatoon

I gave a 1 star only because there was no option for 0. I have had the worst customer service on my last order and I have no words to say that are nice about what kind of horrible experience 9 endured last week with the West side Saskatoon location. Why ? Because 1.) My order was placed at 5 :15pm online and it wasn't until after 2 phone calls later and excuse after excuse that only PART of my order arrived completely cold and it even worse warming up as it was shriveled and the crust was stale and ,y salad wasoggy as they prepared it with the dressing and it took 2 hours for my kid To finally get to eat his celebratory meal of choice . The lady who answered had no clue what to say to me when i asked how much longer and then said the owner would be delivering and some young guy not even the owner or the original driver delivered and assured me I'd get refunded the whole orders costbwhich was 53 dollars . The next cou0les day past and No refund . So called them again to inquire and they sent ,me a confirmation receipt of it he return my email. But with my awesome attention to details I discovered the 1 the receipt was not even even my orig8nal order and myr receipt number as not even right but the instruction i wrot for the driver was right so it made me wonder what their intention was in the first place as it appears to me they altered the receipt to shut me up and buy them time and then once I found out a and called them back AGAIN it was brough to my attention they Blocked and blacklisted my phone number. Now they don't play nice and customer is always right isn't it? Well maybe they think otherwise but this is just the beginning of my attempt to WRITE their wrong so that this company will Right the wrong for me and hopefully they never treat another person with with such dishonesty and disrespect as they did to me . When they arrived the driver could not get the debit machine to work (totally fine, things happen) He then called the store and had me talk to them. The lady said to give her my debit card to ring in over the phone. I had to explain twice that debit cards don't work that way. He said he would come back with another machine. He didn't and she called yet again for my DEBIT card number lol. They then called multiple times the next day asking to collect payment, I arranged a time, waited and they never showed up. 3 weeks later I recieved a call saying I still owed them the money and it's the end of the month so they need it. I arranged a time...and again they never showed up, they then texted me asking me to arrange a time. I didn't bother answering. Nearly a month later and I had arranged twice without them showing up?! Well guess who showed up yesterday to collect the money (while I wasn't home) I've never seen a business so unorganized and unapologetic to their customers over $50. They eventually came back again when I was home and I paid them (the full amount nonetheless) I honestly felt sorry for the driver, I could tell he was embarrassed. If you're running this business, do better for your customers and your employees....

I ordered a pizza, boneless wing, and garlic bread combo online. Upon arriving at the store to pick up I was informed that they had not received the order. I showed them my receipt and the girl at the desk made a call to someone. She came back to the front to again inform me that they had not recieved the order. I was understanding of technology glitches and told her that I had driven in from out of the city just to pick up pizza for my family, and asked that she place the order for me and I would wait until it was ready. She said no. I asked again, thinking it was a miscommunication, and she again said no. I left hungry and angry about the interaction and my wasted time.

I have previously been a regular customer to the Betts Ave location, as it is closest to me. Over the past 5 years quality has gone way down hill. It was at one point my favorite place for pizza. However, the last several times left me and my family disappointed. I had seen a review from someone else stating the same, but that quality had recently returned to its original greatness.
