TacoTime — Restaurant in Saskatoon

I have been supporting this business since they opened their doors years ago as it is family owned, and as a small food services business owner myself, I prefer to support these businesses. Usually this location does not disappoint but last night was I was not impressed. The two workers (one being an owner I believe), did not have a single order at the time my partner and I went in. The employees were polite enough but I asked for nachos (taco time always used to have to these), and the woman gave me chips and queso dip instead. I understand menu changes but these should be discussed with the customer rather than just substituting. Furthermore, they only provided us with 3 of the 6 hot sauces we requested. I understand if they charge for them, and I would happily pay, but they ask how many hot sauces you want after already paying your bill and instead of offering to charge for them, they just cut the amount to the number of food items you have. Well haven't been to tacotime in forever thought we'd stop in for a treat payday the place was clean and all however what wasn't appealing was the fact the fellow even though very nice barely spoke any English was hard to even place the order and then we get It and we go sit down. And either he made a mistake or they changed the chicken for the fajitas was gross not well put together and chicken tasted horrible Mexi fries were over cooked and I got a cheesy crisp burrito which wasn't cheesy was all bread and no meat inside as they double wrap it and then when we go to leave we go to ask for a bag so we can't take our leftovers with us and we had to yell several times and then open and close the door 10 times for the gentleman to come out of the back to help us as we stood there for 20 minutes and he had whent back there after we sat down. Anyway very disappointed...

I wont be back to this location. I really like Taco time but my experience with this particular location was ridiculous and unprofessional!!! I visited the Blairmore location ordered and took my order home to discover part of my order was missing. I revisited to retrieve my missing items and they gave me a single taco to compensate me. Upon arriving home the second time, I discovered that my deluxe mexi-fries was missing the salsa-fresca and my classic beef burrito was over 3/4 lettuce and a very small amount of ground beef(I understand that it is pre-measured but it was beyond scarce). I decided it was appropriate to call them to mention my disappointment and I was met with a curt and angry response. Needless to say I will not give them any business or send any other business...
