Boston Pizza — Restaurant in Saskatoon

According to the Saskatchewan Health Authority food inspection report from September of 2024, this location is NOT FREE OF PESTS!! This infraction appears to not have been addressed as of December 14th 2024. This location needs to be shut down.

December 1st, 2024. Ordered at 5:23pm, it is now 6:53 pm still no food. Ordered wings and cactus cuts. Absolutely unacceptable. Everyone, steer clear of this location. This is the 3rd time I've Ordered from here and the first 2 times the workers were running around like chickens with thier heads cut off and arguing with each other. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT order from here.

Update: thought I would give them one more chance. What a big mistake. Arrived at approx 4:35pm on December 14th. Left at 6pm after not receiving what I ordered. After receiving the wrong food order I Was told by the server " Sorry your cactus cuts will be right out. " Well 25 minutes later still no cactus cuts to accompany the absolute worst hamburger of my life. Oh and not 1 refill of water in 1 hour of being in there. B.R.U.T.A.L. This establishment has some serious work to do with their business. After working for 20 years in the food service industry and owning my own restaurant, this place will be closed in no time at all due to it incompetence on a massive scale. Avoid this place like the plaque. And save your reply of " we would like a chance to make this better ".....you had your chance and failed miserably. Think I'm joking? look at your cameras. I'm the guy with the green Saskatchewan...

I've been going to this location since I was a teenager (25 years or so). I'm not one for writing reviews, but this was literally the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant.

When we arrived at 5:45pm, there were many tables open, but I was told that for a family of 5, we would have to wait for 20 min for a table. When we sat down, we waited for at least another 10 minutes for our server to show up. She brought my 4 year old his lemonade, and no waters for anyone until we asked for them.

Once she finally came with the waters, we ordered right away so our slow eater would have lots of time. We then didn't see our server again for almost 30 minutes. At that point, we asked if our little guy could at least get his kids meal so he can start. That came about 10 min later.

Then, we didnt see our server again for another 30 min to get our appetizer, at which point she apologized for the wait, and would try to get a discount for us. We had been there for over an hr and a half by that point, and several people who arrived after us had already eaten and left.

We continued to wait until it was time to get the little one to bed, so we asked the seemingly drugged-up manager to give us our meals to-go. He was hyper, smiley and enthusiastic, which we were obviously not in the mood for.

We did get an apology, and he gave us our meals for free, which I appreciated. That said, we still waited til almost 8pm to get our to-go bag, and some of the food was not how we ordered...

I wanted to try this place out after it was renovated and I gotta say, I’m disappointed. My partner and I both ordered the NY strip loin steak and we ordered a fettuccine pasta on the side. I wanted a medium rare steak but was given a well done steak. It was dry and tough even after the first few bites. I told the waiter my steak was overdone and kindly took my plate. A few minutes later the manager comes back to our table and tells me that there was nothing wrong with my steak and even showed me the temperature. I told him that it was not a medium rare steak because it was tough, dry and had not blood. He then said that he can show me a picture of what a medium rare should look like. I was a bit offended by that cuz I know and have tried different kinds of steak at different places and this was by far the worst I have eaten. How can you call a well done steak a medium rare? It was also the same for my partner. Both steaks were dry and hard to chew on. My steak was then replaced for a new one but it was still not a medium rare and still was dry. It was slightly better by a bit. I just gave up and ate it cause I was hungry. Not to mention that our steak was bitter and over charred… oh and did I mention dry? On the other hand, the pasta was okay but was served a little bit warm. Felt like the pasta and sauce were old. We waited quite while for the food to arrive too. Garlic bread was soggy and...
