If I could give zero stars, I would. I tried Mr. Sub for the first time yesterday. Ordered a "buffalo chicken". The chicken, coming from the microwave, gets slapped onto the sub and immediately I should have went with my gut and said no thanks! It did not look appetizing and the lady who slapped it on, apparently the manager, did it with such disdain that you could tell she is above eating that slop.
Anyways, got my sub (and my girlfriend's steak and cheese) all fixed up, paid, gave a tip, and walked to the car to eat. First bite in and the chicken is MAYBE room temperature, slimy, and absolutely nauseating. My girlfriend opened her sub to feel her steak and it was lukewarm at best too. I immediately went inside with the subs and asked for a refund, but instead I got the run around from the manager on shift - she was so disrespectful to me and my girlfriend and does not deserve a management position. Her subordinate, the other worker there was apologetic and kind.
The manager said we can get another sub for free (we were unappetized and wanted to eat nothing from the establishment at this point) but could not offer a refund as the owner was away and they weren't sure how to offer a refund, because nobody has ever complained about a sub before. Her attitude and manners, especially toward my girlfriend, were appalling coming from someone in a mangement position. My girlfriend was trying to explain how the steak was also lukewarm in her sub, and the manager grabbed it from her hands and said "Explain it to me." As my girlfriend was getting upset and trying to explain "I WAS trying to explain", the manager looked like she was enjoying getting a rise out of my girlfriend. Just the most absolutely worst experience with management I've ever experienced in my life. This woman should not be in a management position.
I have the receipt and was told I would be getting a call today to correct this, as I walked away without anything after paying $30... but haven't received a call yet. I hope the owner will see this and do...

The staff greeted me with warm smiles as soon as I walked in. They were incredibly attentive, taking the time to explain the menu and make recommendations based on my preferences. I felt valued as a customer, which is something you don't always find. The team worked efficiently, ensuring that my order was prepared quickly without sacrificing quality.
Now, onto the food! it was absolutely delicious. The bread was freshly baked, with a perfect crust that added a delightful crunch. The ingredients were top-notch—fresh veggies, high-quality meats, and just the right amount of sauce. Each bite was bursting with flavor, and I loved how they didn’t skimp on the fillings.
What really stood out was their attention to detail; everything was perfectly balanced.
Overall, Mr Sub exceeded my expectations with their fantastic customer service and mouthwatering food. I can’t wait to return and try more...

Instead of owning a mistake your employee was aggressive, unprofessional and despicable. No one deserves how he spoke to me... He essentially treated me as "you're a woman so shut up about the problem you paid for". I was polite, until the 2nd call after he would not listen at all! Tried to reach the owners, but no call back as of yet. Skip will deal with it I guess & the repeat orders from us will cease immediately. How dare your employee behave that way. He made a mistake, but instead became demeaning, unprofessional and gross attitude....
