Bugsy's Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Saskatoon

A friend of mine and I came to bugsys last night and I have to say we had horrible service. Our food was great, drinks were good so those are a non-issue. Our server Amber brought our drinks and never came back to our table afterwards, another server brought us our food. Once we finally finished our food we had ordered, we waited at least 30 minutes for Amber to come back to our table to check on us which did not happen. We went to the counter and paid. Every other table was getting good service while she neglected to come to our table. My friend and I even noticed her standing around not doing her job just chatting with other workers, disappearing to and from the kitchen and coming out empty handed. After frequenting Bugsy's for many years I suffered the worst service I've ever had from two of your waitresses. After standing at the bar for almost 15 minutes while people around me were served, I was completely ignored. Then finally told I would not be served. When I asked why not, I was told they had their reasons and that was the last time I have or will ever patron your establishment again. I was sober and nothing but patient.
