Bun's House Restaurant — Restaurant in Saskatoon

The customer service here is horrible. They will have people who don't speak English take your order and when you go to pick up and tell them it's wrong they say oh okay wait another 15 minutes or take the food and pay $28 for something that should have been $18. People order on the phone so they can just pick up and go. I showed up 30 minutes after I ordered which is more than enough time to prepare my food. I do not have 15 minutes to wait and I do not want to pay $28 for something I didn't order. The lady at the front was mad at me for her employee's mistake. Have someone that can speak English answer the phones. Least you could have done is give me the food and say sorry and charge me for what I originally ordered. Don't argue when it's your mistake also I'm telling you I don't have 15 minutes to spare as my brake is only 30 minutes which I now have wasted driving to your business to get in argument and be yelled at.

The actual place also looks like trash. Atmosphere is ugly. I've never had the food Googled for something on Millar and this trash of a restaurant showed up and I called to order. I ended up leaving with no food and my time and gas wasted by a greedy business who has zero customer service skills and...

Wowwwww!!!!! What an experience!!!! Without a doubt, this was an extremely worthwhile dining experience for our group. I stumbled on Bun's Restaurant by chance, the online ad having popped up randomly on my phone. I read the reviews and wondered how the restaurant was rated so highly by all the reviews. But boy, was I completely blown away!!!

Very, very lovely and well prepared fresh meals! Very tasty and generous portions! For nine of us, we ate so much and still had enough left to take away!

Very warm and courteous staff and a conducive business space completed the deal. And oh, this was all at an extremely good rate. Very easily affordable.

I have been to Buns with my friends and family numerous times. The food which is mostly Vietnamese is very good. It is prepared well and there are plenty of fresh vegetables. One of my favourites is the “bird’s nest”. It has chicken, beef and shrimp with a good amount of vegetables cooked to perfection. All the meals I have had here have been enjoyable and well made.
