Carson's Q — Restaurant in Saskatoon

I had heard about this place and remembered the name from the restaurant in Sutherland years ago. Stopped in today for a very rare (for me) take out lunch. Upon entering I was greeted by some friendly folks, one of them being Ron. I was told about today’s special, a mashed potato brisket bowl, which sounded great. Ron, the owner, said he had lots of leftovers from last week and decided this was the answer. He wasn't wrong. Although the brisket slice on top got a bit lost in the mash, the couple standalone bites I had were good. I rarely eat out anymore, especially for lunch, so I think I'm a bit out of touch on pricing. It took me back a bit when I paid $25 for a leftovers bowl and a drink. I approached this business for catering for a family gathering, Ron Carson was amazing very accommodating to my needs. He even deliver the food to our home ready for us to eat nice and warm. The food was amazing the price was very affordable for the amount of food we received. I am beyond happy with this business. Ordered through Uber after they had posted about the buy one get one. Absolutely amazing! Loved every bite of the pulled pork and Mac and cheese. The cookies were also divine along with the lemon chicken rice soup!

Ordered a couple weeks later (today) and my pulled pork had next to no sauce? And a big piece of dried out pulled pork. The Mac and cheese had very little melted cheese on top and was dry.
