Edo Japan — Restaurant in Saskatoon

Ok we all have tried Edo before and if you don’t like it or appreciate, your whacked! But each to their own , the food is always good that’s a fact but why am I writing a review, because this location has one over every other location I have ever been too ! And that was the “ customer service” ! Thank you so much best Edo customer service ever! Thank you Vickie , I have never ever had a C/S after I ordered and payed in a semi fast food environment had a C/S come to my table and ask me if everything was all right or satisfactory. Ordered for delivery. Order was supposed to be here by 2:45. App kept moving delivery time further and further. Phoned and asked to get a refund. They were going to give refund. Delivery driver finally shows up at store 20 minutes after original delivery time. Store phones and asks if I still want the food. It’s been over an hour since I ordered. Very hungry so told them to send the delivery. They said they can’t control deliveries. No refund because they were sending the food. Will not order from them again....

I’ve went to the 51st location twice now. The first time there was hardly any chicken or beef in my meal. I wasn’t happy with it, but they seemed busy so I just ate it and didn’t say anything. Went in for the second time last weekend, they weren’t very busy. I ordered the same thing, and the same thing “hardly and meat” on my order. I won’t be going back to this location.
