worst experience. First off I go order, everything is fine til I look over on the side of the counter and there's a cockroach crawling on the counter. I had to look around to make sure people were seeing what I was seeing. Then the girl calls me over to pay and she asks me what I want to drink so I tell her and then she proceed to be rude. Anyways after that this man informs the worker that there is a cockroach and all she has to say is yeah yeah. Acting like it was natural and a reoccurring thing. She proceeds to grab the cockroach and comes back not even changing her gloves but puts on hand sanitizer over the gloves. Like at least she put hand sanitizer but come on it takes two seconds to change the gloves. Then she proceeds to touch my wrap with those cockroach infected gloves. I shouldn't have paid but I felt very uncomfortable and just wanted to leave as fast as I could. This place needs a serious health inspection and better workers like this is common sense to change the gloves even when you're doing it in-front of people. so ya do...

Terrible service. I asked for the bacon in my wrap to be put in a separate container so I could share with my halal friend. She said she couldn’t so I said to just make it as is, instead she put it in a bowl after I asked her several times not to, and when I asked if it could be made into a wrap or if I could be be given a wrap to make it myself she said she couldn’t? Then she gave me the mango smoothie which was not mixed whatsoever and I’m not sure if it was expired or just poor quality but I couldn’t drink. I’ve had much better...

The one in the university is lacking compared to the other franchises, which is what put me off of buying from there until I got a coupon and decided to get a warp in Midtown plaza. There's barely any meat in the wraps and it's so flavourless. Went to the one in the university after a couple yrs to try the new steak and potatoes burrito that was a solid 2/5.
