when in drive thru, no care ahead or behind me. 2 lanes in drive through. Had family emergency Approximately 1 min and under 2 mins. The worker told me "this is not a parking lot" and refused to serve me. I apologized for not ordering. Even though there was no cars behind me. I asked if I could speak to the manager, the lady told me "I am the manager" and that she would speak to me at the window. I waited in line and when I got to the window all the employees scarted and hid. One employee from the back eventually came forward and said if I move the manager will speak to me. I assume the lady lies about being the manager. One lady eventually came forward saying she was the manager but would not give me her name.(I have this all on video). She told me move or she is calling the cops. I asked if she was the manager if she could give me her name. She refused and proceeded to call the cops. I parked because there was now a line up and I wasn't trying keep people waiting no more. I am in front of the McDonald's because they wont let me in to speak to any of the staff and no manager will speak to me. I am waiting for the cops they called to share my side of the story. They probably lied to the police if they called because they lied to me. There was no need to treat me like this, as there was no vehicles behind me in the drive through and an employee identified themselves as the manager and told me to speak to them at the window.
I have a video to show a portion of this interaction. Considering there was no one behind me in the drive through, they didnt lose any business. Considering they wouldn't serve me and then lied about being a manager and speaking to me. This business is run in a very unprofessional manner and they treat thier costumers horrible and have no accountability for the wrong choices they make.
Rude, unprofessional, liars, arrogant, and bullies at this McDonald's.

I have a 7 hour run every day, and it's not uncommom at all for them to put me 20 to 50 minutes behind MANY nights. This is not impressive. There have been many nights where there are only 2 cars at the pick-up window, and you're sittin at the order kiosk for 5 minutes. Then, you have to be the one yelling management et your attention. They have absolutely no to acknowledge you. One young Filipino gentleman is always giving me free coffee because he's the worst. So he'd rather give you free coffee than have to listen to complaints. And every time the excuse is, "I'm the only one on the window/we're shorr staffed." And God forbid you should go there after a concert. Plan on spending an hour The management needs to be terminated for management that teach and lead. The staff need to replaced or retrained and need sensitivity training toward the customer and other staff, the facilities are extremely ackward to get into especially on busy nights. Their Drive Thru service is broken. It is completely a mess, 100% dysfunctional, and absolutely a nightmare. Tonight i have finally left. Started going to the McDonalds on Miller Ave. Even though its a little bit off my route, 8 can still get in and out faster than McDonalds on Idylwyld which i drive right by. **Note: i have talked to other staff at various other McDonald's who I used to see at Idywyld and they ALL indicated they had to transfer out for their own mental health because of the way Idylwyld McDonalds treated their customers and staff. McDelivery uses DoorDash to deliver their goods that you order directly on the McDonalds app. Last night we ordered in around midnight as my son hasn't been feeling well and we didnt have time to sit down and make dinner once he was in bed. When our order arrived we could clearly see that it was the wrong order. On top of that they sent day old pancakes, with no syrups or butters, napkins or anything. 3 day old pancakes and a sandwich we never ordered.
After calling the store we learned that doordash handles the delivery but nothing was going to be done to get us our food or refund us the $65 we spent. When on the phone with door dash, supervisors told us our refund could not be processed due to the cancelation policy. When asking what policy exactly that would be considering that I have read through the McDonalds app policy and no where does it state no refunds would be given, especially when their driver never delivered it. We paid for a service we never received. I asked to speak to a manager to be woken up this morning and told once again that no refund would be processed and again the manager refused to tell me why. I will not go to McDonalds again, sorry Lennox baby.
