It's late, about 130 am. idawyld We go to the drive through to get some coffee and food. The man said what can I get for you after we greeted him first, wondering if the speaker was broken. We asked for a moment to decide on our order. He says ok. At least I think that's what he said... I'm not sure if these employees don't know how to use a head set or just take a course in mumbling as a pre requisite to working somewhere that CLEAR CONSISE COMMUNICATION effectively INCREASES drive through times..... But then He proceeded to help other cars without saying be right back or anything and let us order into a speaker box with no one listening. Finally pulling up to the window to re order what had already been said 3 times even after turning the vehicle off to accomodate the worker. Turned out it was more of a selective hearing problem.. So we get up to the window repeating the order a 4th time. The employee then walks away from the window as I am trying to communicate the remainder of my order and put through payment. I was still charged for an item (donut)I didn't receive and was not asked options of what bread choice I would like with my chili. I don't really eat white bread so thanks for that.
Upon leaving we felt like we had just disrupted the employee during their WORK day with our drive through order. Such an incovienence when people show up to actually order food at a drive through that's open hey?...
I am becoming more and more fed up with Tim Hortons and their employees lack of effort, respect /manners then to find out they didn't even give you your full order.
Pick your socks up Tim Hortons, Mc Donald's will be seeing many more late night visits if this is your take on...
Read moreI stopped in at the drive thru at 37th & Idywyld Drive I had ordered an extra large steeped tea & another order of a cheese bagle. I drove up to the window to pay & she told me it was $3.00. then I asked if the price has gone up since I usually pay $2.60. She said that price is for coffee not steeped tea. Then I asked for my change , since I gave her a $20.00 she then told me $3.30 for my bagel, then she gave me the bagel while telling me I need to check my prices before shooting my mouth. I was not amused about being talked to in that manner, therefore I drove away. I did not recieve my tea , so ,I drove around & went in for the tea. When I asked for the tea the young lady said she gave it to me. I said no you were going to give me a large, but I ordered an extra large. You had asked your coworker to make an extra large. but due to the conversation I drove away without the tea. May I please have my tea which I paid for and I will be on my way. They then gave me my tea and I left. After pondering the situation for a bit. I have decided to fill in this complaint to let you know I am not happy with the way this was handled. I also will not be returning to that location Warmly Viv Delorme PS This was a drive...
Read moreDisappointing First Experience at Tim Hortons – Poor Customer Service
I visited Tim Hortons for the first time with a survey code, excited to claim my offer. However, I was unaware that a purchase was required to redeem the offer. When I showed my survey code to the manager, Micha, instead of politely explaining the policy, she rudely told me, "You have to buy something. Next time, be careful." This is not the way to talk to a customer, especially someone visiting for the first time.
To make things worse, while customers were waiting to place orders, Micha was busy chit-chatting with her team instead of assisting them. At the same time, my friend had placed an online order 10 minutes before we arrived, but when we asked about it, the same manager rudely responded, "How would we know that you are standing here? You should have told us you placed an online order." Seriously? What’s the purpose of online ordering and scheduled pickups if we still have to announce our arrival?
This experience was disappointing, and I urge Tim Hortons to take immediate action to improve customer service. My visit was around 10:50 AM, and I hope this feedback is taken seriously to ensure better service...
