Taste of Syria — Restaurant in Saskatoon

This is easily one of our favourite restaurants in town. We are regulars, and we always love the caring, efficient, and speedy service we receive, and the delicious food! Our favourite go-tos are the Mix Wraps (perfect for those who can't decide between the equally mouth-watering chicken shawarma or beef donair-- you get the best of both worlds!) and the falafels. The portions are large and very fairly priced. When we order take-out, our meals are always ready in less than 15 minutes.

We also love how it is a family-owned and operated business. The amount of hard work and dedication the owners and their children (and their friends/employees) provide to ensure the high-quality food and service is admirable! I recently visited Taste of Syria and was blown away by the authentic flavors and warm hospitality. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was transported to the heart of Syria. Visited Taste of Syria last weekend, and I was blown away by the experience! The atmosphere was warm and inviting. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcomed the moment we walked in. We ordered a variety of dishes, each one more delicious than the last. The falafel was crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and full of flavor. The hummus was creamy and rich, the best I've ever had.
