PAK DONAIR — Restaurant in Saskatoon

New Review: Despite the nasty response from the owner to my previous reviews, we have been ordering the past few months consistently from this location and the food has been nothing short of amazing. Chicken and Lamb platters are flavourful and super fresh. Staff are nice and food is prepared fresh and fast. They have increased their food choices on the menu which is great. I give it 5 stars once again and highly recommend the place. 👍🏼

Review #2: gave the store another chance and got two chicken kabob platters. Although, the food quality has significantly increased, the food has become way too spicy. The chicken kabob platters that we got were very spicy in comparison to the ones from a year ago. And the spiciness of the food is not indicated in their menus online. We could not finish the food. Very disappointed.

Review #1: I had previously given this location a 5 star. I used to get donair from Prairie Donair, and when Pak Donair opened, I completely switched over. Same quality at a lower price. Past couple of months, things have gone down very drastically. Typically when you increase prices, you still preserve quality and portion sizes. The portion sizes have decreased considerably. The amount of sauce placed on the food is much lower than before, to the point that it is bland eating the wrap. Also, food doesn't get heat up as it used to no matter if picked up in person or via Skip. Another issue recently when ordering through Skip is instructions being not followed. Recieving or not receiving sauces or ingredients that I order. It's very unfortunate that such a great place has gone down so bad. Hope things...

I've eaten donair at many places in Saskatoon. Pak Donair's ingredients aren't the best in the city, but the meal was overall very enjoyable. Notably, this is the only donair I've had in the city that doesn't leave my stomach feeling rough afterward!

I have also tried their donair poutine and I don't have the words to describe how much I love it. The fries are crispy (a slight batter helps that), the gravy is excellent, and the cheese is good. They don't seem to use proper curds, but the cheese retains a bit of bite and melts just the right amount. The addition of donair meat to poutine is something I will absolutely be coming back for. It's also a ton of food for the price.

I had to write this review after finishing my chicken platter, because I cannot explain how delicious it was, as late night comes, I'm starving, and craving for donairs I Google around and was surprised Pak donairs is open, unbelievable, I was first skeptical as the donair shop is in the convenience store, but don't be fooled !, the price is fair but the quality, from the chicken marinated just right, to the veggies and sauces, to the quantity was simply amazing, one of the best I had around saskatoon, I want to thank the guys at pak donair for opening so late, you're doing a great service for the people,...
