Starbucks — Restaurant in Saskatoon

I come here often as I work in the mall BUT today's service was not up to par. I had to wait to have my order taken or be acknowledged as they were counting money right at the front counter in front of everyone. The 2 other girls were finishing a non work conversation before coming to me. And when I get my frapp I get a sippy lid that the straw doesn't even fit into the drink hole. So I had to fight to get it off. I did not have time to ask them to fix it as I had to get to work to open....But today was probably the WORST service I have had. There is 1 girl who has always met standards. And going forward unless she's working I am not going to be a customer...

Lawson Heights Starbucks provides some pretty good coffee. Depending on the time you show up you can either the first and only person in line, or stuck at the tail end. Their employees are quite friendly and willing to redo orders if it doesnt taste right. This location take star rewards so you can get your free drinks and food no worries. They have plenty of coffee beans to buy and make your own starbucks coffee in the comfort of your own home! Occasionally orders aren't perfect and dont taste the same everytime. Which would be my only complaint. Sometimes the caramel macchiato tastes too strong or burnt and the cold brews taste...

Food is typical Starbucks food, additional food is a plus because it’s in Safeway, which has tons of hot and ready to go options.

Service is good, they had someone training when I was there so it was slow. But still good service to grab a coffee and go shop.

Atmosphere - Aesthetic is nice, being attached to Safeway with tons of food hot to go options and a large seating area is a positive to come here, do work, study or chat/mingle...
