Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Saskatoon

I need to say how everytime I come to Tim Hortons at Lawson, it has been an amazing experience. The biggest thing is how welcoming the staff is, making each person that walks through the doors very valued. The next thing I noticed everytime is the atmosphere is very upbeat and positive. It's really hard to explain but people wanna be there, whether it's people watching and chill, or a date, or a visit with friends and family....whatever brings you there, it's a very happy place to be. I have been to other Tim's and those others don't have the same effect on my emotions. It's just incredible how this wonderful atmosphere at this Tim's changes people's day. The food is amazing and always super fresh also. The happiness level of customers and staff, while there, is definitely what brings me coming back in addition to the fresh tasty food. Leaving this Tim Hortons, impacts how you feel about your day after whether it's personal or professional goals or just a different positive outlook on life. Thanks Tim Hortons...

I order a Chai tea latte every day. Every single day. It's only right about 10% of the time. This location is close by, but I'm ready to go to a different location to get this latte or just make it at home. It's been made with earl Grey tea bags, peppermint tea bags, apple cinnamon tea bags, and espresso. It's a TEA latte...which is a pretty good indicator that I don't drink coffee. I can smell the espresso as I drive to work and although it's only $2.88 per latte, that's $2.88 DAILY. Any time I've asked that they make sure there's no espresso, I get attitude about how there's no espresso in a tea latte... I KNOW THAT. I'm tired of getting the wrong drink pretty much every day. I don't want to have to call them every time they mess up either..they need to pay attention to the orders and they need to remind staff or train them properly about how a TEA...

With the line in drive thru being rather long, I decided to go inside to place my order. While waiting for my wrap, I glanced over the the person preparing food orders. At that moment I completely lost my appetite. The girl went to pull her pants up, and stuck her thumbs down the inside of her pants to pull them up while wearing her gloves sill. Right after that, without changing gloves or washing her hands, she pulled my wrap from the grill. Needless to say, that wrap went in the trash. I personally will not be stopping at this location anymore. I'm thinking it's a good time for a refresh on a food safe course. Wear a damn belt if your pants won't stay up and change your damn gloves! That is absolutely...
