TacoTime — Restaurant in Saskatoon

This was our go to location up until tonight, we ordered a meal and I asked for a total, I was given one number while ordering and another when I got to the window to pick up our food, when we went to pay all the worker said to us was yeah then said this is the price and it went up, how did it go up from when we ordered to when we went to pick it up? Zero reason for an up charge, he slammed the order window and locked it. His name was Yush.. we headed over to the location on Nelson road where there was no up charge. He was also claiming he was the manager and the owner of the location when I called to speak with someone higher up after he locked the window, he hung up on me, I called back and he said the owner would...

This place sucks. service was awful the guy was on a headset talking to other people and not listening to our order when there was nobody in the drive thru and one other person working that was right beside him, got everything mixed up. we ordered three combos. and he charged us for just the tacos and then added another $7 on top of the regular price of the burritos. the beef taste had no flavour. gave us petit mexi fries and for the price of what they charge they should not be petite. we asked for extra sour cream and they gave us almost none. never told us their drink machine was down. and to top it all off he added himself a $3 tip without us knowing. This is bull. I tonite we orderd from here and there was NO meat cooked at 6:30 on a friday night so we had to stil around and wait. We payed $42.42 for 11 tacos and only received 8. We called and they told us to come back. When my husband got there a very rude woman accused us of stealing and said she definitely made enough. Not only did they waste our time, they called us liars AND stole from us by charging us for food we didnt receive. I will never eat here again and stongly urge anyone who dosnt want to be ripped off or disrespected to bboycott this establishment as well.
