The second worst Tim Hortons on the planet earth. I should give them negative-5 stars. The staff is very rude and racist. I think they should change its name from Tim Hortons to Filipino Hortons, why they don’t hire any other staff. If you’re not a Filipino, the staff talks really bad with you. Just forget about the service. They refuse to accept the offers of Tim Hortons app and they have their own rules and regulations. I went to this store and tried redeeming a free hot drink from roll up to win promo. I asked for mocha latte and adding another shot of espresso that makes total of two espresso but this lady is charging me for modification (2shots of espresso). I told her that modification of drinks is allowed and free as per promo rules and even showed her the screenshot of the rules. She asked her manager but both of them said NO.
