My Family and I once in a while will go to this subway and the staff, quality and new location is great. But went in today during family appreciation day and asked how the deal worked as we described that we would like a 6 inch and 12 inch sub plus a drink. Told at the beginning that would work for the appreciation day special. At the cash register we were totaled without it. We had asked again about the family appreciation day special and were then told that you need 2x of the same length of sub and that the current order is not. We had said that we already asked about this and that the coworker told us the deal did apply to what we were going to order. Only response was "okay, so would you like a drink with that?" We still had to pay full price for both separate subs and would have ordered 2x the same size had this been communicated.
Overall I want to say this was a communication error but they didn't want to bother with us as we clearly communicated. Disappointed as some staff are great here...
Read moreVery disappointed with subway following a simple online order and as well as the quantity of food for the cost. First all I ordered a rice bowl with guac on it for an extra $1 and they totally forgot it even though it was on the receipt. Then every time I got a rice bowl it would be full to the top of the container and I have gotten it a half dozen times. Well yesterday (02/09/24) they totally skimped on the bowl, gave me half of what I always have gotten. I also asked for double rice and there was hardly any in the bowl to begin with. I thought they had forgotten the lettuce/spinach because there was hardly any there and again I paid a extra $1 for more rice. The only thing that was normal was the amount of chicken and it basically took up the whole bowl. This is just disappointing for cost I...
Read moreI've come to accept that you can't expect miracles based on the price you pay. But the last couple visits have solidified why I never cared for this joint. My family ordered 4 subs for dinner. 2 subs toasted, 2 were not. The toasted sub buns crumbled like sawdust and the fresh not toasted buns made a lovely knocking sound when you tapped on them. These buns were beyond stale. And then there is the matter of the meat, or lack there of. All of our sandwiches had 50% less meat than what we would normally see, but hey the lettuce filled that void. Based on the other sandwich options around town, I think I will support local from here on. No need to feed chain restaurants any longer. Customer satisfaction is no longer...
