Ali Baba — Restaurant in Sherbrooke

If I could, I would give it 0 stars. We ordered from Ali Baba last night. The food was cold and way over priced for what it was. The chicken wings were a weird colour (purple ish) and the pizza was not even cut.

We had the order delivered and "Alex" was the delivery person. Alex came into our home without us even inviting him in (forgetting we are in a full pandemic still??). When it came time to pay, we tip Alex. When the receipt came out, he said that the tip was not enough. I respond by saying it is rude to say this. Alex then slams the tip on the counter and storms out of the house. I was honestly in shock and disbelief of this.

I definitely do NOT recommend Ali Baba and I will never order...

Ordered from here tonight. I had been looking forward to a nice tasty pizza. Well lets just say I did not get my moneys worth. The pizza was on the small size. The crust was dry and the sauce had an after taste ;( For sure I will NEVER order from here again. Also very misleading with their 2/1 deals as I highly doubt that 1 medium pizza with...

Je suis client fidèle depuis plus de 20 ans, tout comme mes parents avant moi. Votre pizza a toujours été, de loin, la meilleure en ville.

Cependant, depuis environ un an, j’ai remarqué un grand changement dans la qualité : le pepperoni et le fromage ne sont plus les mêmes, la croûte est devenue dure et la sauce est maintenant beaucoup trop salée.

Je comprends que les coûts augmentent pour tout le monde, mais malheureusement, j’ai l’impression que la hausse des prix s’est accompagnée d’une baisse marquée de la qualité et de la quantité.

C’est dommage, car j’aimais vraiment votre pizza. J’espère sincèrement que vous pourrez retrouver la qualité qui faisait votre réputation.
