If I could give it zero stars, I would. Terrible service and to be avoided.

The pizzas aren't bad, though I find the crust too thick and soggy, but that's a personal aspect. What is really horrendous is that they are incredibly overpriced and are probably the most rude and impolite people in the northern hemisphere. Customer service for them consists of screaming at you on the phone.

When they got my order wrong they didn't call me to try to fix it. They waited 90 minutes to send a driver to tell me we had to pay more since the girl I spoke to on the phone incorrectly entered the amount - not the card number - into the machine. They didn't bother prepping the pizzas and sending them with the driver, they did nothing at all. When I called back to ask why they didn't do anything the girl on the phone started yelling at me, telling me it was my fault when she was the one who admitted to incorrectly entering the purchase amount in the credit card machine.

As a result it took some 2 and a half hours for our pizzas to arrive, by which time most of our group decided it wasn't worth it anymore and went to bed. Their driver demanded a tip which he did not deserve, and when we called the owner to discuss our dissatisfaction the he just screamed at us and refused to listen.

In short, I would sooner eat broken glass covered in rubbing alcohol followed by a lemon juice, salt and vinegar chaser than ever deal with Pizza Jerry again. I don't wish them to go out of business, but if I read that this is the case, I admit that I will...

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!

I went to Jerry's Pizzeria tonight and decided to order the Mushroom Spaghetti. The meal came with meat, and since I'm vegetarian, I decided to talk to the waitress about it. After talking to another waitress, I was told that I had to pay for my meal since I didn't order it without meat. Ok. The problem is that, as showed in the picture, the menu didn't display ANYTHING about the Spaghetti being followed by a meat sauce. When I wanted to speak with the manager to solve the situation, I was told to head to the kitchen where he was waiting for me. I was feeling extremely embarrassed for that. But here comes the worst part: the manager was extremely rude and tried to blame me for not telling the waitress that I was vegetarian. Moreover, he kept asking me if I ever ordered Spaghetti in any other restaurant before like if I was ignorant and stupid. When I told him that I was going to do a negative review for his restaurant he was cynical and said he was "completely fine with that". I paid for the meal that I didn't eat, but I'm making sure that no one enters this business again without knowing the horrible quality of the staff and the lack of...

Well we were told we could not eat in even if government said it ok because not enough employeur, we were alone at 2h30pm and cashier was just standing there no orders 20min and the submarine is ok but steak is like ground beef and pepperoni was extra 3,75$ and mayo 0,35 each, the sub was ok, the fries where frozen type so ordinary, but i did not like the tomato and lettuce cooked under the cheese, maybe I'm to demanding but usually it bread cheese on it to seal bottom then steak and saute green pepper with mushroom and onions and pepperoni, then after cooked ad the lettuce and tomato and italien spices and italien salade sauce ....loll well now i miss...
