It was a nightmare from the time I walked in to have lunch. The server (the owner’s daughter-in-law) was wasted or high at 11:50 am. I was asked to sit down while she sorted out the payments of 5 young guys. It took her more than 20 minutes to do so. She had not even given menus to the two tables that had arrived just before me. After 10 minutes I got up and asked her for a menu to look at while she was still trying to process the payments. I was alone and she gave me 4 of the same menu!! She finally came over to take the orders of the people who arrived before me but they both told her that they had not even seen a menu yet. I shared mine. There was an employee that came out from the back to try to help her but she told her that she did not need help. Well more people arrived after I had given my order which she did not even punched in. What a disaster she was. She did not pass out menus. Forgot who’s order she had already taken, spilled soup on the the floor and then the other employee slipped in it and plates and food went flying. There was a total of 12 people that left the restaurant because of the horrible service.This intoxicated young lady got on the phone to her mother-in-law who came in the restaurant screaming at the second employee who was trying to help. They went in the back room and the ceiling rose. None of what happened was her fault. It was all on the daughter-law. I told her I witnessed everything while sitting there for an hour and she was finding it very hard to believe and said jokingly that she was going to fire her drunken daughter-in-law. So sad. This Was my premiere place as a teenager growing up. Everything happened to me here, I’m sure,that was important to me as a teen. It was the fantastic pizza that kept me coming back and as a result had a great experiences that I did at this place. So, 23+ years later I roll back into town, I had to stop in. in 2007 I had a brain injury and lost all of my memory I will sit back to mind of a four year old. Given the option to move into a home that had a brain injury wing and be cared for for the rest of my life. I decided after reading some articles about rebuilding neural pathways, developing/retraining the brain to remember anew, while recovering lost memories I decided to go on a trip across Canada and return to Quebec to see you at six scenes smells and food I could take him that would trigger some memories. Back to their‘s restaurant, this pizza, It’s one of those occasions where the less I say better describes, because, no words describe, nor can I say enough, about this pizza. This is the pizza you will burn the roof of your mouth on every single time you order from here because you can’t wait to get it in your mouth. That and they’ll get it to you that fast. These guys have it dialled in, part of its sauce, part of its the crust No wonder I kept coming back, no wonder I had all those great times here. I didn’t have those great times alone, because everyone else who was co-conspirator in my great time kept coming back too. I went out to eat with my father. there were only 4 tables, one server. She never smiled, and she was aimlessly giving the wrong food to the wrong tables. We didn't get menus, we had to borrow from another table. We waited 30 minutes for our drinks an hour for our food, and the server took me asking 3 times for me to get my coffee i asked for. They had to bring out someone from the kitchen who got me my coffee because the woman working went to give it to another table and SPILLED THE COFFEE AND LEFT IT THERE. she just set the coffee cups down on a random table and walked off. The server then brought soup for the table behind us and spilt that too on the floor while she was standing still. And she left it there. The woman from the kitchen brought our food to the wrong table then when walking to ours she slipped on the soup and fell, some of our food fell off and we weren't even offered new meals or a discount.
