As a CANADIAN throughout our whole country we share our signs with the french being english and french. Yet you share no respect for the rest of the english COUNTRY which your establishments rest upon. Having FRENCH SIGNS ONLY. I try my best to speak french, and my best to read. At least offer english speaking cashiers since your signs clearly don't.. Selfishness at its finest people! Shame on you and your mentality!! CLEARLY SHOWING your true colors. I'm from quebec so I'm better then you, speak my language or get a surprise bag... Sure thing boss... Let me leave my ENGLISH COUNTRY for 1 french province. NOBODY LIKES to feel belittled for not being able to fluently speak multiple languages. There was this one girl who was serving the customers who was wearing floral printed leggings and a shirt and it actually looked like she just came out of bed. Aren't they supposed to all wear uniforms? Wasn't wearing a net and was wearing piercing in her ears. When we asked her if she could put a net on, she showed us that she had one, it was just over her hair bun... I had a coupon on the mc donalds app for a big mac for 2 dollars so once i got there i tried ordering the big mac, but i couldn't because of a glitch on the mc donalds app. I went to the cash to hopefully use my coupon so i could get my meal for 2 dollars but the cashier said i could not use my coupon at the cash because it was a mobile only coupon. So i explained that the mobile app was not working and she said that i would half to order something else because the app was not working and i could not use my coupon so i ordered a medium frie and left

I think for a company that makes millions of dollars they should at least have a working app and if not at least have someone at the restaurant that can fix the issue by adjusting the price of the item

J'avais un coupon sur l'application mc donalds pour un big mac pour 2 dollars, alors une fois arrivé, j'ai essayé de commander le big mac, mais je ne pouvais pas à cause d'un problème sur l'application mc donalds. J'espérais utiliser mon coupon à la caisse pour pouvoir obtenir mon repas pour 2 dollars, mais le caissier m'a dit que je ne pouvais pas utiliser mon coupon à la caisse car il s'agissait d'un coupon pour mobile uniquement. Je pense que pour une entreprise qui gagne des millions de dollars, elle devrait au moins avoir une application fonctionnelle et au moins avoir quelqu'un au restaurant qui puisse régler le problème en ajustant le prix...
