Sushi Taxi — Restaurant in Sherbrooke

I'd heard good things about this restaurant, but when I finally got around to trying it, they took my delivery order on their website and refused to send the food. They also said they couldn't refund the money because the owner wasn't there and wouldn't return from holidays until after the New Year. It has now been over two weeks, and I have phoned the restaurant about 5 time to try to get my money back, but nothing has happened. Every time I call, the owner isn't there, and I'm told to call back another time, and the owner still isn't there, nor do they return my phone call. This is an absolutely absurd business practice, and it seems clear that they are clearly intent on swindling people out of money. Whatever you do, DO NOT order any food online through their website or pay any money up front, because you will NEVER...

If I could give this place a 0 star I would I've never met a place so incompetent Every time is more than a 1/2 hour wait to get food if they would actually work instead of playing around actually make some business

So I return to this place yesterday May 25th for a doordash order for them to tell me that the order won't even be ready for at least 40 minutes because there's one person in front of me I mean if it's taking that long to make an order Maybe hire some more people on top of it I was not assisted for about 10 minutes standing there and when she came it was only because she heard her cell phone ring on the counter she was more concerned about a damn phone then her customers yeah that's why it's the worst sushi place...

Very disappointing...this place has such great reviews. I think people giving it 5 stars have never had real sushi. It is not authentic at all, very westernized. And the quality is almost the same as sushi shop with cold, dry rice. It is also extremely expensive for what you get. We were 2 people and had a combo made for two people and a combo for one person and were still hungry at the end and paid 100$ (before tip) with 2 beers and a soup. The soup and beer were pretty good although the soup was a sweet and sour broth with the tiniest little shrimp inside, that’s it.
