Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Sherbrooke

Usually go before work around 8am at drive through and there is not much of a wait its quite fast. My fave though is when I pass in the early afternoon on Wednesdays the personnel at the drive through is always so nice!! I order many bagels with cream cheese and usually they are burnt or the staff did not care and wouldnt actually spread any of the cream cheese… but here they actually do it well! Love the iced-cappucino. I am always disappointed however with their hot chocolate it tastes super watered down. The chocolatine is a dream! If I could I would give it no stars. First we get terrible service from a man who is extremely grumpy and unwelcoming, who clearly does not want to be there. Then, we get the drinks we ordered (which usually come with whipped cream on the top), but to our surprise there is no whipped cream at all on NEITHER of the drinks and they do not taste like chocolate at all even thought they are chocolate drinks. If you are using your loyalty card at the drive through, make sure you are NOT charged when the coffee should be free. Twice the attendant has asked for money now when I know the coffee was free because I make a point of asking the visits each time on the card. Only after I called out the attendant on it did I not have to pay. How many other customers have been duped into paying when they did not have to? Where is that money going? Tip jar?????
