Arby's — Restaurant in Sherwood Park

I hate this location. If you like getting your order wrong and being frustrated this is the place for you.

Went inside to order last night because they can never get my order right. There was no one in the store or in the drive though. I walked in and made eye contact with the lady working. She left to the back. We stood there waiting 5 minutes without seeing anyone. While the staff were stand in the back and watching us though the reflection of the deep fryer. Both staff were hiding in the back. I can see every time they look in the fryer to check if I was still there. The one guy was on his phone leaning against the counter and the other girl was hiding. I had enough so I left. When leaving I noticed they helped some one in the drive though that was there after me. Only once I was in my car, did the staff come out.

2nd last time I was there they forgot half my food. I ordered 4 nuggets fries and a ice tea, three slider and another ice tea. They didn't even get my second drink on the order. Which I had to pay for after I already paid, costing me $1 exrta on my debit. Not until I got home did I find out they didn't put my nuggets in my bag....

Subject: Complaint Regarding Poor Customer Service at Arby’s

Dear Arby’s Customer Service,

I’m writing to express my disappointment regarding the treatment I received at your Salisbury way, Sherwood park Location on August 18, 2025. Although your posted hours are 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM, I placed my order at 9:40 PM well within operating hours. However, two female staff members were extremely rude and made us feel unwelcome. They pressured us to leave, saying they needed to lock the doors, despite us having just ordered and begun eating.

Their behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful. We felt rushed and pushed out, which completely ruined our dining experience. I believe every customer deserves to be treated with courtesy and respect, especially when they are following the restaurant’s posted hours.

I hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed appropriately. I would appreciate a response regarding how this situation...

So you know when you're having a bad day right? Can't think of anything but the steam clock? Then Arby's is the place for you on that depression and anxiety filled day that makes you feel more empty than your trash appartment because your ex wife took all your stuff. You can only take this meal to go and eat in in your car in a nearby residential neighborhood because you don't want the staff to know you didn't want to eat in because you don't want to sit alone in the Arby's. So you listen to a podcast about how humans are destroying the earth but you don't care because you're on you're slow March towards death. This a dumpster fire of a place and sometimes you need that. Get so much food and stack those calories because why not. The middle of the roast beef is so gosh dang good. That grease pools and it tastes like you're licking s penny.
