Campbell Town Eats — Restaurant in Sherwood Park

Ordered two orders of their "Tomato bisque" ...these dudes straight up sold me on tomato paste. Straight tomato paste. I ordered using skip, im out of town for work so skip is my go to during this pandemic. They charge a delivery fee, cool, they then take care of delivery themselves and get a courier tip out of it. Get a text from the driver stating that he or she cant bring it up to me..all good..but the person Blaintently lied texting and saying the hotel doesn't allow delivery drivers inside for deliveries. Every one of my skip orders has knocked on my door, why lie? Lol cool take the delivery fee and the tip. I even reply saying that I haven't had issues with any other order but ok. Get a text again "I'm now 2 min away" (completely disregards my text) I reply "headed down", legit one min later, before I get to the elevator I get a text "ur orders been delivered in the lobby thanks." Lol now I'm stuck with like half a liter of tomato paste and a half a loaf of bread. LOL. Driver could've just had a bit more tact, I dunno lol Just head over to Walmart and buy real Campbell's tomato soup. Like 2$ a can, cant go wrong. Not tomatoe paste. Legit biter tasting, no seasoning to it at all which would make it a bisque. Blaintant lies. Could've atleast tossed some pepper in that paste, dang. I keep editing this bcuz im in such disbelief. Lol..the bread is best part..the bread lol wow man. Thank God I have a back up plan for lunch at...

The first time we ordered the sliders and chicken tenders/fries were fantastic. They also went above and beyond to call me and reassure me the soups are Gluten free. This time however our order sat under the heat lamp in a bag for over 30min while multiple drivers came and left without it I guess they had an issue with the name on the order even though my app and uber text both show my name correctly. I paid $60 for cold food and sadly the quality was very different, the sliders were full of grissle and the several chicken tenders had large tendons in them making it impossible to bite through. Ordered from here using Skip. An hour later our food showed up missing half the order. I called the restaurant right away and they assured me they would rectify the issue and have the missing half of our order on its way shortly. Another hour passes and no food. I call the restaurant back and the menu option I first used just rings and rings. So I call back and request to speak to the culinary staff. This is when I learned the rest of our order was never even made and nobody knew anything about it needing to be re-sent. We will be skipping this place from now on and ordering from Browns, which is honestly better anyway. So much for...
