The man who runs this place is an absolute incredible human being. I have eaten from this place before, and fell in love with their hoagie sandwich & soups. Today when I ordered off UberEats, the driver never picked up from Big Bear but yet marked the status as "delivered". The owner contacted me directly to let me know what had happened & that he has already been in contact with Uber to let them know. He even offered to drive it over HIMSELF had he not been the only one working. It was a short drive for me, so I picked it up myself and was happy to have a chat & meet the man face-to-face who went above and beyond for me. A big shoutout for Big Bear Sandwich Co. My first time there was for breakfast today. I had the breakfast sandwich which for the month of October is only $5.00. One of the best breakfast sandwiches I’ve ever had. Fresh baked toasted cheese bun, egg, cheese, bacon and two fresh slices of tomato. Roasti coffee for $2.00.
