Jugo Juice — Restaurant in Sherwood Park

Today when I went to Jugo Juice I was extremely unimpressed. As my daughter and I entered we were the only ones there. The worker took our order and struggled to input the correct juices. I ordered a Mango Lemonade which he inputted correctly and then a Matcha Made in Heaven, which he inputted as something else (no problem maybe he couldn’t find the correct button). He was quick as he made the first drink but was visibly struggling with the second. Another customer came in ordered and received their drink before I had gotten my second drink. No problem, I was being patient enjoying my time with my daughter. 15 minutes later he finally gave me my second drink (noticeably the wrong colour). We left as we were in a rush. When I got into my vehicle I tried my drink which was just oat milk and boba. I reentered the store telling the worker that the drink was made incorrect and that I would just like a refund as I needed to go (my daughter was waiting in the car directly outside the door) he said ok let me phone my boss. He phoned his boss and hung up and said give me 5 minutes I’ll remake it. Again I said I’d rather just get a gift card and go as I’m in a rush. Again he phoned his boss. He was unable to get me a gift card and instead gave me cash (which took him 5 minutes to count out) and even then he didn’t understand that taxes were a thing.

I’m usually pretty patient and understanding especially if they are visibly new but I should not have been in there for 30 minutes and not even...

I've been to this location 2 times now and have had a very different experiences both times. The first time we had a man helping us who went above and beyond and was very friendly. The second time we had a woman who refused to do a sandwich without mayonnaise eventho she told me they make them in store... then she assumed I wasn't ordering and ignored me until someone spoke up and asked her to take my order. She then proceeded to give both of my coworkers the wrong sandwiches. We aren't even sure what sandwich one of them is because it can't be identified off the website based off what's inside the sandwich. The ingredient list isn't clear either because some sandwiches say they have mayonnaise but not all of them and one of the ones that didn't list that as an ingredient had it on the sandwich as well. Very polite gentleman serving at the counter and I ordered a turkey and cheese sandwich. The cheese used is the processed spreadable one and the turkey was processed slices. Therefore, I’m guessing margarine was used instead of butter. Honestly, I think the sandwich made me ill for two days with stomach issues. I didn’t notice any bad hygiene and the server did use gloves.

If I return, I think I’ll pass on the food for now and buy a smoothy instead. But I would encourage the management to put health and satisfaction first and use unprocessed real ingredients and not processed as much. Then I think it will raise the standard and...
