Red Swan Pizza - Sherwood Park — Restaurant in Sherwood Park

I ordered from Red Swan Pizza through Uber Eats on August 9, today. The pizza dough was undercooked, uneven, and the food arrived cold. When I called to report the issue, I expected a solution such as a replacement as I waited for an hour for this order. Instead, the manager, Kunal, told me I should “order from another store or location” (bcoz I didn't order from Millwoods location which was only 2 mints near to my location) rather than addressing the problem. This is not only unhelpful, but shows a complete lack of customer service skills.

A manager’s role is to resolve issues and ensure quality standards are met, but in this case, the response was dismissive and unprofessional. Ignoring complaints instead of fixing them is a failure in both leadership and management. If a food business cannot serve properly cooked food and handle basic customer concerns, it reflects poorly on the entire brand. I hope the company takes steps to train staff and managers to handle complaints respectfully and to maintain food quality standards. Until then, I will be ordering from elsewhere. PS. I was fan of sesame seed dough that was the only reason for Red Swan but now they showed such behaviour I m not anymore ordering neither recommending...

Oh my goodness this pizza is absolutely amazing. Their added touch of sesame seeds on the crust so delicious, it's one of those why didn't I think of that moments. We ordered their pierogi pizza, it is hands-down the best pierogi pizza I have ever tasted. We also purchase their all dressed pizza, I am a huge fan. It even converted a person who does not like black olives or pineapple on their pizza into a black olives and pineapple pizza lover. The pizzas were loaded they were delicious and I ended up eating way more of it then I should have. For four of us we picked up two extra large pizzas in hopes of having leftovers today I have to say we all made piggies ourselves there is not much left over for today, it was that good. We are big pizza eaters in this house, we make her own and we also order out occasionally. I have had everything from breakfast to dessert pizzas and I have to say these guys are now on my favorites list. I really wish I would have thought to add photos but it was so good I didn't stop eating long enough to even think about it. Give them a try you will not be disappointed. Shout out to our local Sherwood Park #redswanpizza. Tonight we ordered our favorite pizza from Red Swan Pizza through Skip the Dish and even before we got our order, the manager from Red Swan phoned us to warn us that the Skip delivery guy was rude picking up the pizza and that the order may not arrive in good condition. Well he was sooooo right ....in ALL the years of ordering pizza to be delivered NEVER have we EVER received pizza in the shape we got tonight. Let’s say basically a squished ball of goop in a pizza box.

Anyway, the Red Swan manager had already started to remake our order and was making arrangements to deliver it through his own delivery person to ensure we had a Good Friday night meal. And yes we got a refund through Skip the Dish and gave the delivery guy a bad rating.
