Cons Super long wait - only one person making drinks. Even if they have one work station/soda gun, you can have someone put purees/syrups/toppings in first then someone else to put the soda in + ice and cream - would help with flow imo. As well printing/writing the drinks down on cups would be helpful to minimize errors. was given wrong size for one of my drinks but charged for the bigger size - I typically would bring up if something is wrong but the way they treated another girl who had an issue with her drink was not great - the guy who handed out the drink basically just repeated the drink name at her and treated her rudely when she wasn't sure if was her drink but he could've treated her with kindness and asked if there was something wrong with drink like size etc. instead of assuming that she is in the wrong. the girl making drinks was quite young and also she scooped ice from the bin with the beverage cup - as someone who has worked in food service extensively this is a big no no and not sanitary - ice scoops should be used and sanitized/cleaned/swapped out throughout the day. went super light on the purees - 3 sips and it was gone which is one of the best parts of the drink. no Dr....

I was genuinely excited to visit after traveling all the way from the University of Alberta to Sherwood Park by multiple buses as a student. The drinks themselves were okay, but I left feeling really sad and disappointed because of how the vibe is there. The staff seemed visibly annoyed, not just with me but with being there at all. They made my drink wrong, missed the cream, gave me the wrong size, and when I politely pointed it out, one of the girls looked at me like I didn’t know what I was talking about and wanted me to take whatever it was she made. It was a drink from their own menu, and I had paid $6.14 for it. Thankfully, another staff member came from the back and corrected it, but by then the experience was already ruined. I was hoping for a friendly, Canadian-style interaction, but instead I felt unwelcome and dismissed. After all that effort to get there, it honestly broke my heart. Anyway, I got the FilthyFizz with Coke zero, the drink itself was very good but I think they put too much ice. Went with a friend tonight, here’s the notes…

Pros: drinks were very yummy pebble ice plastic straws

Cons: waited about an hour just to order, after we ordered it took almost 8 minutes to get our drinks because only 1.5/3 employees was doing anything not a big enough space for the volume of people there tonight, most of the people waiting were lined up outside they only have one fountain tap and a very small work station, so only one drink was being made at a time my friends drink was restarted because they messed it up, and people who ordered after us got their drinks before she did they ran out of Dr. Pepper so my friend had to pick a new base pop from the Dr P section of the menu and she got charged extra because it was a “custom drink”… kinda understandable but it’s not her fault you ran out of something. Seems unfair I don’t think menu prices are generally accurate either half our drinks were ice, cups were not filled to the top, and the large cups don’t fit in cup holders

I’d wait a while before going again… let the opening rush die down or check out another soda truck...
