Lucille's Classic Dining Restaurant — Restaurant in South Bruce Peninsula

This was by far one of the worst dining experiences I've had in a long time. Our waitress, who was in no hurry to assist any of the diners, eventually got to our table handed us menus and asked us if this was separate checks or together. Separate we said. She takes our drink orders and shows up 15 minutes later with a beer with the top still on (not a twist off), no glass and a diet coke...again no glass, no ice. Had to wait another 5 minutes for her to bring a bottle opener. Already I'm miffed.

We both ordered the frying pan nachos with chicken. After waiting an excruciatingly long time for our order, she brings my nachos first and my friends order about 5 minutes later. The nachos were awful. $16.99 for nacho chips, processed cheese, diced tomatoes, onions and yellow bell peppers, no spices, not seasoned....and no chicken. When I asked where is the chicken, she clearly forgot to add chicken to the order. She said I'll be right back and I'll bring you chicken for your nachos. She never came back to our table. My beer was empty...she never asked if I wanted another, she never asked if I wanted water. Twice we asked for the bill and she ignored us. Finally I got her attention and asked for the bill yet again and she tells us to go inside to the counter. Wth kind of system is this? The guy at the register had 12 bills in front of him asking what I had and of course he can't find it because the waitress put everything on one bill.

The food was awful and overpriced, the atmosphere was okay, but the service was literally the worst I've ever experienced. This woman should not be working in the service industry. She clearly dislikes her job and puts no effort into her work to ensure her customers are looked after. Will never return...

The family and I decided to stop in for lunch. After walking in we should’ve turned around and went somewhere else but as I’ve learned some of the best food I’ve had are in these small Ma and Pa restaurants. Unfortunately this wasn’t the case with this one the waitress was rude and had the nerve to tell my aunt to make up their mind. The food was overpriced and unfortunately was not Great either. The establishment was not the cleanest got the feeling they were doing renovations but did not see any going on anywhere When I said something at the end about our experience they said well you have to bear with us we’ve been closed for two years that does not excuse the service that we received and would not recommend...

I took my husband here for his birthday dinner. I was pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere was very unique, bright, and sparkling. There is even a, slightly upper, lounge area. It appears to be the old stage area of the past Pacific Hotel. The presentation of the meals on the plates were wonderful! The taste of the food was even more wonderful! The most tender chicken I can recall ever having!! I had the spinach florentine chicken. The sauce was exquisite. My husband had the curried chicken which he greatly enjoyed, also. The staff were friendly. We did have to wait a while to get our bill. They were running a little on Jamacian time with that:) We highly recommend this restaurant....
